AdvantaClean 2017 Conference Event
Our first event videography and photography job in 2017 led us to the Tradewinds Island Resort in St. Petersburg. AdvantaClean, based out of North Carolina, held their annual conference with franchise owners and management where they were able to relax at the pool, cabanas, bars and the luxurious beach. Since of the members even brought their families, something we do not see often, it was a very relaxing atmosphere. During the morning and afternoon they would go through training sessions and various Q&A’s, with the late afternoon being from them to relax however they see fit. They did this to assist each other by passing along various situations they have encountered over the past year. To them this is an opportunity to unwind while gaining a new perspective on where the company is going. Finally, the evening of the second night was an awards banquet.
We were in charge of capturing a few of the presentations, one with the CEO, while also conducting several interviews and corresponding b-roll all to be compiled into a highlight of the event. We found ourselves all around the facility over the 2 day conference. Just being at the Tradewinds was relaxing. Due to the great weather we brought out our newest drone to highlight paradise. The drone is our newest toy to bring out beautiful imagery and because of this you can find some of the footage in our newest videos.

Finally, we also had the privilege of handling all the photography throughout the 2 day conference. We started with a headshot station where everyone had the opportunity to update theirs. From there we captured all the panels, speeches and awards banquet on the last night. In conclusion, we found ourselves very busy during these 2 days but are extremely proud with how everything came out.
