Production Support That Rolls With the Truck
Every van rental rolls with at least one qualified TSM crew member (a DP, camera operator, gaffer, or equivalent), so the gear stays in expert hands from load-in through wrap. Scale up from there with our full crew network. Same call sheet, same standard, one point of contact.
We built these vans for our own shoot days first. That means the layout, the labeling, and the load order all come from crews who use them every week, not from a rental catalog.
Book the VanThe 1-Ton carries the same standard as the rigs behind our client work for ZooTampa, Visit Tampa Bay, and Farah & Farah, sized for the tight days in between. See where these vans work.
Small Van. Full Coverage.
Our vans stage out of our Clearwater shop at 4900 Creekside Drive. The crew member of your choosing brings the 1-Ton to your set at crew call, anywhere it can park, which is nearly anywhere. See the full coverage area.
Van Rental FAQ
Is the 1-Ton enough for my shoot?
For most small-crew days, yes. The 1-Ton covers about 75% of production needs and fits locations the bigger rigs cannot. If you are running a larger crew, heavy rigging, or multi-set builds, step up to the 2-Ton or 3-Ton. Tell us the shoot and we will size it honestly, even if that means this smaller van is the right call.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as your dates are firm. Vans book fastest during peak season. Send your dates and we’ll confirm availability and hold the rig.
Want the deep dive? Read the full 1-Ton G&E Van FAQ. Everything else, from delivery to what counts as G&E, is covered in the full van rental FAQ.
