Every fixture stages out of our Clearwater shop at 4900 Creekside Drive, minutes from St. Pete, Tampa, and the beaches. Pick up at the shop or ask about delivery when you reserve.
Light Rental FAQ
How does pricing work?
Everything is priced per day, and the full menu above shows every rate up front. Multi-day and weekly rates are available on request: send your dates and we’ll quote the run.
Do the lights come with what I need to run them?
Every fixture leaves the shop tested, with its cables, mount, and case. Modifiers like domes, fresnels, snapgrids, and barndoors are on the menu above, most between $10 and $55 per day, so you can shape the light your way.
Can I get lighting delivered with a G&E van?
Yes, and it’s the best way to rent it. Every G&E production van already includes two Nanlite Forza 60C fixtures; add anything else from this menu and it rides to set with the stands, distro, and grip to use it. Your TSM crew member brings it all at crew call.
What if my location doesn’t have power?
Ask about the Core Renegade XL battery block at $250 per day. Tell us your fixture list and we’ll confirm the right power plan for the day.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as your dates are firm. The big fixtures book heaviest, especially during peak season. Send your dates and we’ll confirm availability and hold the gear.
