Trade Mark Interiors - Full Home Construction Project

Behind The Scenes – Trade Mark Interiors’ Nokomis Project

Our team at Two Stories Media had the honor to work with Trade Mark Interiors from Sarasota, Florida, to get a behind the scenes look at what goes into creating a beautiful space for a client.  The team at Trade Mark Interiors collaborates with their clients to provide full-service interior design from start to finish.  As they say “from plans to pillows, we bring your dream to life!”

Trade Mark Interiors focuses on their client’s wants and needs when it comes to interior design.  This particular production for TSM took two days and we were able to showcase the finishing phases of this project.  This project for TMI just so happened to be a full home construction project. TMI was there for their client from the moment they broke ground to the final finishing touches to create and present them with their dream home.

Two day Production project

The TSM crew went down to this beautiful waterfront home in Nokomis, FL to capture the installation days.  On day one of production, we followed TMI around as they hung pictures, installed fixtures, and placed mirrors on the walls.  We tried to be a fly on the wall as they moved furniture around, organized, and added the finishing touches to make this space feel like home for their clients.  It was interesting but fun to navigate around Tracee, CEO & Designer, with her team and our team with a full cinema camera rig as they did their designing magic. Throughout our time on this project, we got to witness their creative process.  Alyssa from Alyssa Gay Consulting was on site as well to assist in the production and working through the creative process with us.

We really enjoyed capturing this process as they moved through this house.  From the kitchen to the living room and out to the back patio to the master bedroom they really did translate their client’s vision into a full-on masterpiece.

Interview with trade mark interiors

On day two we interviewed Tracee and the TMI team members to get a feel of how they cater to their clients.  As Tracee so eloquently puts it “give them a space that reflects what they want and how they live.”

Check out the interview with the TMI team.

We did a full walkthrough on this home with our gimbal.  When working on a realty or construction project it is critical to see the space fully. While detail shots are great – the wide-angle components are what really represents the space best.  The audience wants to see the entire room and all of its components to understand what can truly be accomplished. We hope you enjoy seeing this project come to life as much as we did.
