The virtual grand opening video for Mattamy Homes is a show stopper! Mattamy Homes recently opened a brand new home development in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The communities are called Timberdale and Asbury at Chapel Crossings. Mattamy Homes wanted to create a virtual grand opening video to showcase all of the home offerings, amenities and what is in the surrounding area for homeowners. They decided to opt for a virtual grand opening so that non-Florida residents who are thinking about moving to the area could be included in this great opportunity. To accomplish this video, we organized a one-day production with multiple interviews from the Mattamy Homes team.

Virtual Grand Opening Video
The production took place at the new home development site. In the video, we showcase on-screen talent reading their lines via teleprompter as they walk through the model homes and the new neighborhood. The talent’s lines highlight the various features and amenities of the homes and the community. Asbury offers 49 single-family homes, while Timerdale boasts 86 paired villas. Above all, the video highlights spacious floor plans, modern kitchens, and nearby shopping and dining options for new and potential homeowners. In the video, we walk viewers through the multiple home layouts available, as well as provide information on funding.
Aerial and Gimbal Footage
We made sure to take full advantage of the beautiful location. Our team uses a combination of aerial drone shots and ground-level gimbal footage in the video. This showcases the development and prestige of the surrounding area. The drone shots provide a unique perspective of the development and allow viewers to see the community as a whole. In addition, through the footage, they can imagine themselves living in a Mattamy Home. Conversely, footage of ground-level amenities provide a more intimate look at the homes and the immediate community’s offerings, such as a pool and pet park.
Post-Production
In conclusion, the one-day production was a great success! The final video showcases a visually stunning and engaging virtual grand opening that can be shared with anyone. We paired a custom graphics package to enhance the talent’s lines and clearly lay out all of the information. The video was released on time, within a broad campaign strategy, managed by their marketing agency.
