The Lowlands
In this exciting bikepacking documentary, we follow Robert on his quest to complete the newly named Highlands to Lowlands Loop. This 215 mile course is the first ever of its kind, and Robert ventures out to complete it and set the fastest known time (FKT). Starting and ending in Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve, this brand new extended route challenges Robert both physically and mentally. Documentary Video Production
Our team camped with Robert the evening before in order to follow every moment. We shot this documentary entirely with our portable FX3 cameras. As well, we captured beautiful aerial footage of Robert on the trails, catching him as he weaved in and out of preserves, national parks and overall wilderness. We pre-produced, shot and edited all of the content you see on the Florida Cycling channel. Our entire team loves going out on these adventures with Robert and telling the story of what happens along the way.
